For Patients
Note: We currently are providing primary care for children and adults. We are providing gender-affirming hormone therapy for people over age 18. We can refer patients under age 18 to local pediatric endocrinologists who we have a good relationship with for gender-affirming hormone therapy and/or puberty blockers. Our current limitation in care is that though we love vaccines, we are not able to provide them in clinic at this time due to cost, but can help you find a community partner such as a local pharmacy or health department to help you meet your vaccination needs. Please read about our services before you schedule, to be sure we can provide the type of healthcare you seek.

Provide mental health therapy
