Lavender Spectrum Health, a private practice devoted to serving the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, is currently seeking a compassionate Healthcare Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor, or Naturopathic Doctor) to join our dedicated team. Our practice specializes in primary care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, and a comprehensive range of reproductive and sexual health services, including pregnancy termination.

Founded in 2023, Lavender Spectrum Health is a forward-thinking, inclusive private practice specializing in LGBTQ+ health, sexual and reproductive health, and neurodivergence. We provides primary care, gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, and local anesthesia for electrolysis. We also have on site electrolysis provided by Real You Electrolysis.
As a dynamic startup, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive, culturally sensitive care to our community. Our goal is to expand into multiple locations offering integrated primary care, mental health services, and electrolysis.
We serve a diverse array of payers including commercial insurance (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Lifewise, Molina, United Healthcare, Regence, Premera, First Choice Health, Kaiser PPO, PacificSource), medicare, and medicaid (Molina, Community Health Plan of Washington, United, Coordinated Care, and Amerigroup)
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality primary care tailored to our diverse patient population.
- Prescribing gender-affirming hormone therapy.
- Providing reproductive and sexual health services, including pregnancy termination.
- Embracing a Health at Every Size, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity affirming approach.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor, or Naturopathic Doctor.
- 1-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
- Committed to patient-centered, empathetic care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
- Nurse Practitioner or Naturopathic Doctor: $65 - $80 per hour
- Medical Doctor: $100 - $110 per hour
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in gender-affirming care, reproductive health, or working with neurodivergent individuals.
- Familiarity with Health at Every Size, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity affirming practices.

The ideal candidate will also have didactic and/or experiential training in treating LGBTQ+ individuals and individuals who are neurodivergent, especially Autistic individuals and individuals with ADHD. The nurse will be able to provide a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for transgender and non-binary individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide case management and care coordination support to primary care and mental health patients
Provide local anesthesia injections under supervision of nurse practitioners
Provide IV infusion therapy for chronic illnesses including migraine, POTS, long COVID, etc
Submit prior authorizations for prescription medications, imaging, procedures, and other services
Collaborate with primary care clinician(s)
Qualifications
WA Registered Nurse License
Experience in or willingness to learn about issues affecting the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
WA Medical Assistant License preferred but not required

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in a startup environment and adaptable to a changing landscape. The ideal candidate will also have didactic and/or experiential training in treating LGBTQ+ individuals and individuals who are neurodivergent, especially Autistic individuals and individuals with ADHD. The therapist will reject ABA practices for neurodivergence based on current evidence of their harm in this population. The therapist will be able to provide a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for transgender and non-binary individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy to a diverse client base, with a focus on LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals.
Write supportive letters for gender-affirming procedures, including surgery and electrolysis (training provided).
Opportunity to develop and lead coaching or case management/care coordination services, either on an hourly or subscription basis.
Collaborate with primary care clinician(s)
Qualifications
Appropriate licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist).
Experience in or willingness to learn about issues affecting the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
